Social publishing
Scribix publishes and schedules finished clips directly to YouTube (including Shorts), TikTok and LinkedIn, so you don't have to download a clip and upload it again on each platform. Publishing is included in the Lite, Starter and Pro plans.
Plans and connected accounts
| Plan | Connected social accounts |
|---|---|
| Free | Not included (download clips instead) |
| Lite | Up to 2 |
| Starter | Up to 6 |
| Pro | Up to 18 |
Each profile or channel counts as one account, including several profiles on the same platform. Disconnecting an account frees its slot. See pricing for plan prices and clip allowances.
Publishing and scheduling
- One submission can go to several accounts at once, including several accounts on the same platform. Each platform gets its own caption.
- Publish now, or schedule from 5 minutes up to 365 days ahead in your time zone.
- Scheduled posts can be rescheduled, edited (caption and platform settings) or cancelled before they go live, from the post list or the calendar. The accounts and the video of a scheduled post cannot be changed.
- Post history shows each account's status and a link to the live post. A failed account can be retried without publishing again to the accounts that succeeded.
- You can publish clips made in Scribix, or upload your own finished MP4 (up to 1 GB and 10 minutes).
Platforms
Scribix publishes to YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn. Instagram isn't a publishing destination; download the MP4 to post there.
YouTube
- Length: 1 second to 12 hours
- File size: up to 4 GB
- Format: MP4
- Vertical videos up to 3 minutes are published as Shorts; other videos are regular uploads. Choose public, unlisted or private, and declare whether the video is made for kids. The YouTube title is set separately from the description.
TikTok
- Length: 3 seconds to 10 minutes
- File size: up to 4 GB
- Format: MP4
- Published with TikTok Direct Post. Visibility and comment, Duet and Stitch options follow what each TikTok account allows. You can mark AI-generated content and disclose branded or promotional content per video.
- Length: 3 seconds to 30 minutes
- File size: up to 500 MB
- Format: MP4
- Published to your personal LinkedIn profile as a public post. Company pages are not supported.
Scribix checks each video against these limits before you submit, and the platform runs its own checks when it receives the video.
Account connections and privacy
You connect each account through the platform's own sign-in screen. Scribix publishes only the posts you submit or schedule and never posts on its own. You can disconnect an account at any time from the Channels page. See the privacy policy for how connection data is handled.
FAQ
Can I publish one clip to several YouTube channels at once?
Yes. Connect each channel separately: choose Connect YouTube again and pick the other channel in Google's account chooser. In the composer, select every channel you want; they share the YouTube caption and settings and publish from one submission. Each channel counts as one connected account on your plan. The same works for several TikTok or LinkedIn accounts.
Can I edit or cancel a scheduled post?
Yes, until it goes live. Open the post from the post list or the calendar to change the time, the caption or the platform settings, or to cancel it. To change the video or the accounts, cancel the post and schedule a new one.
What happens if a post fails?
Post history shows each account's result separately, so one failure doesn't affect accounts that published. When the failure happened before the video reached the platform, you can retry that account from post history. Otherwise, check the platform first, then submit the clip again if the post isn't there.
Can I post to a LinkedIn company page?
No. Scribix publishes to the personal LinkedIn profile you connect, as a public post. Company pages aren't a publishing destination; download the MP4 to post there.
Can I publish a video I didn't make in Scribix?
Yes. Upload your own finished MP4 (up to 1 GB and 10 minutes) and publish or schedule it like a Scribix clip, as long as it fits each platform's limits above.
