Can I start for free?
Yes. Free includes 45 lifetime minutes so you can test transcript quality before choosing a paid plan.
What counts as transcription minutes?
Minutes are based on the length of the audio or video you transcribe. A 30-minute file uses 30 transcription minutes.
Do unused minutes roll over?
No. Pro includes 2,400 transcription minutes every month. The allowance resets monthly and unused minutes do not roll over, including on the yearly billing option.
What is the max file length?
Free accepts files up to 10 hours and transcribes up to your remaining 45 lifetime minutes. Pro includes a larger monthly allowance.
Are there upload size limits?
Yes. Video uploads can be up to 5 GB on Pro and 2 GB on Free. Audio uploads can be up to 1 GB. The source-duration limit and your remaining plan allowance still apply.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can start on Free, subscribe to Pro when you need it, and manage or cancel your subscription from your billing account.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?
Paid plans do not include a separate trial. Use the 45 free lifetime minutes to check transcript quality before subscribing.
